When: 9:00 am for 9:30 am Sunday 23 March 2025

We will start at the Shell Ready Express, 469 Maroondah Hwy, Lilydale at 9:00 am for a 9:30 am start. Fill your petrol tank Under Supervision and record your odometer reading. We know none of you would cheat … much … but we need to remove temptation. We will then make our way to Seymour via Coldstream, Yarra Glen and Yea with some fantastic not often travelled roads through the fabulous Victorian countryside.
After completing the Economy Run in Seymour refill your petrol tank Under Supervision and register your odometer reading. We will then drive to the Tooborac Hotel for lunch at what is the quintessential country pub. The pub is famous for its meat pies and cold beer!
There is a perpetual trophy to be awarded to the winner for them to have and hold until the next economy run. So give it a go.
So, give your 356 carburettors a tweak and get the old girl waxed, polished and onto the road for what will be a great club drive.
